Responsibilities:

1. To review photos and video from all stores to ensure the VM and all displays are in line with company's guidelines and to prepare summary of finding for each store for future improvement
2. To assist in store data consolidation
3. To monitor stores' CCTV to ensure the store is in good order
4. Ad-hoc administrative work assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of administrative work (exposure in retail industry is preferred)
2. Excellent command of English and Chinese
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word) and Chinese word processing
4. Detail-minded, good time management, well organized, independent with communication skills
