Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will provide professional recruitment & placement services on both Contract to Permanent positions. You will have opportunities to manage the client-candidate meeting process from the initial stages of interview to the offer stage and beyond, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the business of human capital procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture trustworthy relationships with corporate clients;
  
• Partner with clients in delivering corporate talent sourcing services;
• Assess the requirements of each particular assignment or client;
• Manage the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond

Requirements

• Minimum degree in any field;
• High persistence and optimism;
• Excellent written and spoken communication;
• Self-driven with proven track record of setting goals, multi-tasking;
• Good team player;
• Ability to work creatively and thrive in a fast paced environment.
