Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma in logistic or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics / Shipping industry or relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking, reliability, problem solving & work independently.
• Proficient in computer operations (MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is preferred

Duties:

• To handle full set of I/E shipping and L/C documents.
• To liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies for shipment and transportation arrangement.
• Closely coordinate with clients to mobilize goods for on time delivery.
• To plan, implement and enhance the logistics and shipping practices and procedures for the Company and various parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date movement records.
• Follow up outstanding COD payment with clients, and check and compare the freight charges with forwarders.
• Perform ad hoc jobs as assigned.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm / Sat: 9:00am to 12:00noon (Alternative Sat. off)
