Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback through inbound & outbound calls
• Handle email and website enquiries and requests
• Provide quality service and support to customers
• Assist in customer service activities

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year solid call centre experience, preferable in Customer Service
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner, customer-oriented and can work under pressure
• Tactful and attention to details
• Familiar with MS Office
