This real estate investment company owns a broad portfolio including hotel, commercial, residential properties and conference centre. Being the owner of a service apartment, they are preparing for the launch of another new hotel in a prime location on HK Island.

Report to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will drive the sales strategy for their business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team effectively through corporate and OTA Sales channels
• Establish and manage a new sales team for the two boutique hotels / service apartment
• Develop sales plan across all segments in order to deliver financial results and business objectives
• Increase market share and maximize repeated business
• Develops strong relationship with strategic partners to increase the brand exposure
• Set up incentive programs and undertake rates negotiation for channel partners
• Manages monthly forecasts for revenue
• Supports regular reports
• Drive online sales through online activity to maximize website efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years sales experience from hospitality industry, candidate with pre-opening experience of new hotel will be an advantage
• Experience in all segments of hotel room sales, including corporate, event and OTA sales
• Self-motivated, positive mind-set, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
