We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital as a Channel Manager. 

In this role, you will

  • Develop, align actions with marketing teams, and obtain stakeholder signoffs to drive a common digital growth agenda for International and Cross border. 
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities that delivers the highest impact on digital customer awareness, adoption and engagement 
  • Benchmark digital performance and processes against industry best practices, proposing change where necessary
  • Implement the operating activities of the new Digital as a channel function in the face of a general lack of understanding of this function in the organisation, ongoing change and iterative development, coordination of a diverse suite of stakeholders, optimization of scarce resources against complex technical deployments, and with no direct execution authority
  • Internally, the role holder is continually challenged with capacity constraints and scarce resources, budget, and faces conflicting demands from various stakeholders, and ensuring proper alignment on the digital experience with the off line channels
  • Apart from strong business acumen, the role holder must have strong product and digital know how with a customer centric mindset.  Must possess good influencing skills with the ability to deliver quality work and sustainable digital growth and cost savings in a complex operating environment with evolving internal and regulatory standards 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Proven digital skills with demonstrable success in creating strategic action grounded on external and internal data and insights, and building execution capability
  • Deep understanding of Consumer Relationship Management, segmentation and management techniques, journey optimization techniques and analytics
  • Possess a blend of business and technical savvy, ability to drive strategy into action
  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation
  • Customer focussed, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines
  • Solid managerial and project management skills with the capacity to plan, analyse and think laterally
  • Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence teams without direct leadership authority
  • Strong Analytical and Presentation skills
  • Energetic, positive attitude and team player
