Our Client is a well-known fashion retailer which is looking for talents who is passionate in providing excellent customer services experience  in cope with company's new development and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Casual selling with customer to build up long term relationship 
• Listening different story from trendy customer
• Deliver excellent customer service to customer with mix and match idea to provide   
• Support and maintain retail store to ensure cleanliness of the product and proper display, to create a friendly and professional working environment
• Handle daily sales activities in the store to achieve target
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and special request from VIP

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 year  working experience in related to appeal or fashion retail 
• With luxury retail experience is an advantage 
• Fluency speaking in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command  in English will be a big plus
• Easy to approach, friendly, positive attitude and sales driven
• ** Fresh graduate will also be considered**
