Job Responsibilities:

• Process inbound and outbound booking enquiries / requests via either telephone, email or fax.
• Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries and providing solutions based on Company standard and guidelines
• Support frontline daily operation issues related to SPBS / Global insurance / Medical card contract etc.
• 5 days work per week
• Working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is required.
• Overnight shift is not required.

Requirement:

• HKDSE / HKCEE graduate or above with at least 1 year related experience, gained in medical, insurance or related field is highly preferred
• Customer oriented with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• A good team member with strong sense of responsibilities, patience, caring attitude
• Good in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
