Responsibilities:

• to provide sales administration support to Sales Team in Hong Kong Office;
• prepare and process quotation and related documents;
• work closely with internal parties on order requirements, service delivery…etc
• handle and process customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly;
• maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded in the system timely and accurately;
• to maintain and update promoters’ sales record;

• to handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduates
• With 1 to 2 years working experience
• Working experience in customer service / sales process is advantage
• Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with MS office applications
