Your Responsibilities:

• Answer customer enquiries via phone or in writing
• Update and maintain the customer database system
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments
• Provide key data to enhance daily operation flow with the Manager
•  

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, familiar with credit card, personal loans and mortgage products is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Customer focused, positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, in writing and speaking
• Familiar with various database software, especially MS Excel, Google Sheets
