Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily sales administration and logistics operations
• Handle complete order processing
• Communicate daily with the factories in China and overseas customers to ensure timely delivery
• Arrange shipments and prepare shipping documents
• Prepare reports such as sales and purchase summaries, outstanding order report, shipment summary
• Manage sample stock and arrange sample deliveries
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• HKDSE (or Form 7) or above
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in export markets - Europe, North & South Americas, Australia or Asia. Experience in consumer products is an advantage
• Shipping knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and manage multitasks
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability is preferred
