The incumbent will be responsible for the customer Service activities and to ensure a smooth operation with branch offices.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate internally and externally regarding orders and transportation needs to reduce the risk of inventory shortage and coordinate timely dispatches.
• Utilize various functions in SAP and work with Accounts Department to ensure billing accuracy.
• Organize a regular backlog review in terms of orders and inventory for the responsible team.
• Various SAP projects or other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline 
• 1-2 years working experience
• Quick learner, detail oriented with proven ability to work efficiently with high accuracy
• Strong risk awareness, logical judgement, exceptional analytical and Excel skills required
• Able to challenge and provide suggestion/solution
