Working location: Kwai Hing

Responsibilities:

• Act as the control tower of the assigned key account customers and coordinate with origin/destination teams
• Contact internal parties and vendors for shipping activities for the respective customers
• Coordinate with customers, teams of business development and service delivery to compile standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Implement new customers’ operations activities and ensure the services provided by the team/offshore origin offices
• Coordinate with overseas offices and team leader for new account setup
• Lead and manage regular customer meetings, presentations and proposals
• Drive continuous operational improvement as per customer’s agreed KPI and maintain the data quality integrity in system
• Allocate resources among the teams and coordinate to ensure SOP compliance by origins

Requirements

• Professional Diplomas or above in logistics or related disciplines or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF) 
• 7 years relevant experience, preferably gained in logistics/shipping/freight forwarding company at key account and supply chain management
• Good people management, presentation and negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of Air, Sea Freight and Hub Consolidation
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin spoken will be an advantage
• Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g. MS Excel & Outlook
• Business travel is required if necessary
