Main Responsibilities

• Achieve sales turnover in the boutique 
• Manage and oversee daily store operation
• Maintain close relationship with VIP/VVIP
• Participate in joint promotions and events on boutique level
• Provide the highest level of client services to support the growth of sales 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of retail experience preferably from luxury brands
• Strong sense of luxury services and aesthetics, with knowledge & experience of CRM
• Strong ability in staff management
• interpersonal skill and team oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
