Job Description
A US Fintech company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide first line support for customers in APAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all inquiries coming from customers including system functionality, reporting, reconciliation, and payment processing etc. via email, web, or phone
- Present a pleasant presence while also remaining professional and courteous in all engagements
- Keep precise and clear record of customer problems and resolution
- Ensure that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled
- Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree Educated with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic / consistent level of enthusiasm
- Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills with fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Customer support experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and associated technical knowledge is a plus
- Must be PC literate & conversant with contemporary computer software / Internet
