A US Fintech company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide first line support for customers in APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all inquiries coming from customers including system functionality, reporting, reconciliation, and payment processing etc. via email, web, or phone 
• Present a pleasant presence while also remaining professional and courteous in all engagements
• Keep precise and clear record of customer problems and resolution
• Ensure that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled
• Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree Educated with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center
• Customer service mindset with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic / consistent level of enthusiasm
• Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills with fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Customer support experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and associated technical knowledge is a plus
• Must be PC literate & conversant with contemporary computer software / Internet
