JOB SUMMARY : 

• Attend clinic with Japanese customers
• Handle emergency matter by phone call (by shift/ 24H)
• Translate between English/Japanese/Cantonese
• Report survey results to insurance company
• Prepare survey documents
• Handle CS reports
• Attend meeting and business trip to South Asia with Japanese manager
• Business development (clients are clinic and hospital)
• Prepare presentation documents for seminar and join in as a teacher
• HK office is the HR-HQ of Asian market without China and Japan

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS : 

• Language: Fluent English, Native level Japanese, Cantonese
• Education Background: Diploma or above
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of customer service experience in medical industry
• Require skills: General PC skill, Communication skill, source organizing skill
• Certificate: N1 or above

• By shift working after working hour for emergency follow up (2-3 times per week/ they are considering allowance)
