Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day retail operations and ensure the achievement of monthly sales target
• Lead the team and formulate in-store planning to exceed sales targets
• Well present brand and boutique image with excellent customer service standard
• To acquire new customer database while maintaining a long term relationship with existing valued customers
• Ensure the team follow all policies, procedures and rules of work

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in luxury retail industry which 2 year's in supervisory level
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Dynamic team player with ability to positively motivate staff and network to build relationship
• Strong fashion sense with passion in providing excellent customer service
• Good analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available preferred
