Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director

Role

Develop and maintain a client base of and corporate/institutional Forex  as well as achieve sales target.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

1.  Monitor trading activities and listen attentively to client's feedback to identify

2.  Provide exceptional support to existing user base including market commentary and trading training 

3.  Provide FX quotation and execute orders on FX structure product

4.  Responsible for preparation of FX related analysis, reports and reviews.

5. Provide sales strategy, insight and competitor analysis to enhance team performance and exceed revenue target

6.  Develop and Train junior sales

Other Requirement

1. Candidates with a background in the financial industry and with 3 years experiences in Sales position will be given preference.

2. Strong problem solving skills and a proven track record of helping lead or contribute to continuous improvement activities using proven methodologies. 

3. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels in an organization, suppliers and customers.

4.  Good ability in writing and reading English, fluent Chinese and Cantonese.
