Duties

• You will be the key person lead a team to enhance daily sales order processes
• Review and streamline working procedures to improve operation efficiency according to business and customer needs 
•  Organize proper inter-department workflow between Sales and Finance departments etc.;
• Work closely with logistic and warehouse department to ensure a smooth operations.

• Close communicate with internal departments to ensure the business reportingand analysis are supportive and efficiencies

• To implement, monitor and review operating procedures for an effective and efficient purchasing system in accordance with the company's policies to ensure that the supply are in time delivery;
• To review and analyze safety stock level of each product;

• Assist management in decision making by preparing periodical analytical reports;

• Ability to analyze a problem and recommend a solution in line with the business requirements.
• Immediate available is preferred

Requirements

l   Familiar in Supply Chain Management with relevant tertiary qualifications

l   2 years in relevant experience

l   Strong business oriented experiences with good understanding of the technical knowledge on computer products is preferred

l   Good analytical thinking and sensitive to numeric

l   Strong communications and negotiation skills

l   Strong planning and organizing skills

l   Strong leadership skill and team player

l   Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

l   Excellent writing skills for both English and Chinese

l   Able to work independently, under pressure, on a tight schedule

l   Fluency speaking English, Putonghua

l   Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word processing
