Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers (outbound calls) to update their profile information in different countries
• Communicate with customers to promote client’s updates and collect customers’ feedbacks  to build up a sustainable relationship with our customers
• Support post call administrative tasks including but not limited to update customers’ profile, compile call results reports and other necessary information in excel, access or Clients’ system
• Deliver quality service to handle customers’ requests in an effective and tactful manner
• Achieve productivity benchmark/service standard/targets
• Perform shift duties from Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holidays if necessary

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 1-2 years customer service experience
• Considerable knowledge of customer service principles, practices and attitude
• Good telephone manner and skills in both English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Strong computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and with good typing skills of English and Chinese
