Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for the active sales acquisition and channel management.


Duties:

• Plan and achieve sales targets
• Sales channel management
• Actively engage customers to understand their needs and provide sound solutions
• Assist sales team to develop sales strategies and growth initiatives
• Understand corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, provide recommendations to drive local business
• Provide timely market information
• Coordinate with internal departments for project execution. Cross function project management.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the optical industry.
• Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing will be a bonus
• Minimal 2 years of sales and marketing experience in a competitive market
• Results-oriented & good team player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint for executive presentations)
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure
