We are looking for the right candidates to manage our client appointments at showroom, phone & web enquiries, day-to-day showroom & website operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional & excellent customer servicing in assisting clients to find the right dress & accessories, answering questions, up-selling and providing styling guidance
• Manage showroom daily operation. Keep track of our inventory, logistics, merchandise conditions.
• Coordinate website daily activities, oversee website members & inventory database

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management / sales / customer servicing
• Familiar with websites & e-commerce
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Presentable, cheerful, energetic, out-spoken, customer-focused
• Possessing a flair for fashion trends & styling
