Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small team of sales executive
- Coach and develop individual team member according to the Company's direction
- Strengthen or train up team member core sales skill set
- Develop individual sales training plan
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in business management or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ working experience in sales or business development
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and responsible
- Retired will also be considered
- The role will be changed to permanent if outperform
