Job Descriptions:

• Perform sales supporting work and shipment arrangement
• Prepare quotation, P/O, S/O and invoice related document
• Handling import & export shipping document
• Liaise with Japan Headquarter and supplier (HK and CH)
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above
• Min. 2 years experience working in electronic company or trading company 
• Conversational Level in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT:N2)
• Good communication skills
