Job Description

主要職責:

於維修服務中心提供客戶服務
處理及解答客戶問題和協助預約維修服務

資歷要求:

中五畢業或以上
有禮貌，樂觀積極，以客為本
能操流利廣東話
基本電腦操作
歡迎應屆畢業生或兼職申請者
可即時或盡快上班者可獲優先考慮

工作資料:

上班地點：旺角
輪班輪休，每月5天休息日

月薪：可達$14,000

About the role:

To provide face-to-face customer service to clients in service center
To handle customers enquires and maintenance service orders in a professional manner

About the person:

Form 5 graduated or above
Polite, cheerful, positive attitude, customer-oriented, good team player
Good command in Cantonese
Basic PC knowledge
Fresh graduate applicants / Part time applicants are welcome
Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred

About the work pattern:

Office location: Mong Kok
Shift holiday, 5 days off per month

Compensations and Benefits:

Salary could be reached at $14,000
On-the-job training will be provided
