Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will work with ICGX team to gain exposure in the enterprise market locally in Hong Kong and regionally in APAC. You should be passionate about helping businesses transform their digital marketing strategies using our digital campaign CMS. You must be a self-motivated able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. The Sales Manager will an evangelist for our company values and products – both outwards to prospects and clients, and internally between colleagues. This position will require you to be resourceful, creative, and above all, positive when met with difficulty – we are looking for problem-solvers, not problem-spreaders!

Responsibilities:

  • New business development for Wayin locally in Hong Kong, Greater China and Asia Pacific Region, including South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
  • Build up and maintain client relationship with brand, corporates and business partner top management Work with client’s marketing, social and digital teams to identify organisational needs and objectives
  • Demonstrate and sell value of our product/innovative solutions to brand marketers/executives
  • Maintain a fresh perspective in diagnosing client issues to prescribe the best solution
  • Become an expert on our digital campaign management and interactive experience solutions, keeping pace with market movements
  • Use Pipedrive / Salesforce METICULOUSLY to record progress with accounts
  • Be familiar and be able to effectively use all our case studies and statistics that target different market and sectors
  • Be accountable for individual goals and metrics
  • Generate leads from your rolodex and resources with brands that could be interested in our ideas and products.
  • Provide ideas to help continuously improve our solutions and keep the company informed about customer feedback and data gathered in the field.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience creating new markets, moving prospects along the sales cycle, and closing large enterprise customers at big brand organisations
  • Experience in advertising sales, digital solution business development
  • Having a strong network targeting Travel / Media / Retail / Telecom verticals is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media players, trends, and platforms
  • Must be able to supply metrics around sales/revenue goals
  • Attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English is a must
  • Ability to assess and synthesise date to create compelling stories that motivate prospects to take action
  • Experience working with complex and customisable enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrable skills in independent judgment and problem solving
  • Open-minded and fast learner, able to develop a full understanding of our digital campaign management and interactive experience solutions
  • Knowledge of digital media landscape in the Asia Pacific regions
