Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of plant based food and beverages. Since its establishment in 1940, they have been promoting sustainable nutrition through provision of a variety of high-quality products with Taste, Nutrition and Sustainability as their guideline. They started out with a single product and one very distinctive brand and today, they boast over a dozen major sub-brand names, most of which are household name and market leaders. Our client believes human capital is a key to success and excellence, and now they are inviting dedicated professionals to join their expanding as key account managers.

Key Work/Responsibilities:

•          Identify the business opportunities in the Brands’ Sales Fundamentals and drive the brand growth
•          Develop joint business plan to drive brand superiority, business growth and customer solution
•          Drive alignment with customers on annual target & key action plans.
•          Regular check in store execution and proactively engage customer to solve the problems on time.
•          Responsible for frontline daily work management and regular co-riding to provide on job coaching.
•          Manage store channel business funds-budget setting, tracking, auditing.

Competence and Qualification Required:

•          Proven negotiation and selling skill and capabilities with top and big customers.
•          Shopper, Market and Industry Understanding
•          A University graduate in any discipline
•          Minimum 5 years sound and professional key account management experience at managerial level,        preferably in sizable FMCG companies. 
•          Good oral and written communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
