Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of APAC, the person will focus on developing new business in the Asia Pacific Region and growing the revenue with targeted gross margin level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to manage existing customer accounts and partners and to exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction
• Assist in creating Target Account List and build pipeline for new business in the Asia Pacific Region
• Formulate Account Development Plans, provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and reports
• Work with all levels within Target Accounts and engage in executive sponsorship and engagement
• Lead sales campaigns and work closely with internal departments to establish successful channel and partner programs
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to the Company

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management or other related disciplines
• Min. 5 years of experience in international sales & marketing field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
• Must be comfortable in dealing with different senior executives
• Knowledge in fulfillment business would be an advantage
• Mature, credible, self-driven, results-oriented & resourceful with a strong business acumen
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to travel and possess the ability to work remotely and independently
