• Coordinates with various departments to ensure supply and on-time delivery
• Handle orders, prepare quotations, issue invoice, stock control and arrange shipment with full set of I/E doucments, L/C process and banking documents
• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• Good computer skills in MS Office;
• Familiar with ERP and Tradelink declaration
• Customer information update and clerical work
• Work under pressure
• Proactive and courteous
• Job position will be varied depending on working experience
• 2 years or above shipping experience
