Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in relevant discipline;
• At least 8+ years sales experience, at least 5 years at managerial level;
• Experience in sportswear retail & wholesales industry preferably;
• Experience in handling apparel or footwear brand is preferred;
• APAC experience essential;
• Strong network with department stores, retailers and wholesalers is an advantage;
• Sales and customer oriented person, aggressive, self-motivated and good team player;
• Creative, open minded and energetic;
• Good negotiation, presentation and communication skill;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail & wholesales business of Hong Kong APAC regions;
• Develop and maintain strong long term relationship with wholesalers in Hong Kong and APAC regions;
• Plan and implement saes strategies to drive the sales (retail and wholesale) and achieve business targets;
• Manage budget, sales, advertising and products strategy;
• Develop potential products and new business opportunity;
• Lead and supervise frontline sales team;
• In charge new store / counter set up and renovation projects;
• Attend overseas exhibitions;
• Lead the brand marketing, cooperate with retail & external parties for execution.
