Job Responsibilities:

• To handle walk-in customer on repairing and sales related matter
• To assist customer trouble shooting
• To collect and process customer feedback and follow up

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with CS experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good manners with fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure & proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated, customer focused staff, and well organized
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (9:40 - 19:00)
