Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning, developing and implementing effective plan for seasonal launches within pastry category
• Assisting in pastry product development process and proofreading product details to ensure product information consistency and accuracy
• Working with agencies to produce marketing collaterals e.g. core catalogue, seasonal newsletter etc.
• Assisting in product information preparation e.g. Retail details, VM communication etc and sharing the documents with different functional teams to ensure consistent product information in consumer communication
• Monitoring competitors’ action and assisting in producing an accurate competitors’ summary at the end of each seasonal launch
• Assisting in monitoring ongoing marketing campaign spend against budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur on monthly basis

Requirements

• University graduate in Business and Marketing or related principle is preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant job experience is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Good organization and planning skills
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Commercial awareness
• Numerical skill
