Responsibilities:

• Manage all finance related functions 
• Provide strategic financial planning for the business and be involved in group initiatives
• Responsible for complex financial analyses, forecasts and modeling, budget allocation and management
• Responsible for month-end reporting and analysis, management reporting, P&L, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for management review
• Assess risks and opportunities from a financial perspective and provide constructive solutions to the management team
• Implement and enforce internal control procedures, coordinate and work with operating team closely
• Liaise with external professional like auditors, bankers and government officials
• Assist in ad hoc assignment

Requirements: 

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting
• Min 8-10 years of relevant experience, prior experience in property project development is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to lead a small team
• Good command of written and English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong social and negotiation skills in dealing with government officials and local business partners
• Immediate available is highly preferable
