Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting duties including GL, AR, AP and inventory;
• Prepare voucher, arrange invoicing & cheque payment, data input etc.;
• Assist in preparing management reports and month-end closing accounting entries;        
• Prepare regular reports and document;
• Assist Accounting team with some admin work and ad hoc task;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accountancy or related discipline;
• 2-3 years or above accounting experience, familiar with AR / AP transactions preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel) and accounting software;
• Chinese input is essential;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, hard working, responsible, careful, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Accounts Assistant
• Immediately available is preferable
