Job Description:

• Provide efficiency and high quality of customer service to internal and external customers;
• Achieve client satisfaction and build relationships with customers;
• Closely work with the head/branch office colleagues and oversea agents;
• Ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s SOPs

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience in forwarder industry
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Mature, Hardworking and Independent, reliable, working under pressure

Working time: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
Working location: Kwun Tong (near MTR station)
