Main Duties

• Work closely with maintenance departments to verify the correctness of material requirements, parts number and alternate parts
• Assure that all parts are properly received and pass inspection
• Ensure material requests are appropriately specified and ordered to meet operations requirements

Requirements

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• Working experience in material coordinating function is preferable
• Fair spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Good communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to accept challenge
• Require shift duties on roster basis
