Job Description

• Handle shipping account for export including shipment plan, shipping report etc
• Email and correspondence for internal and external parties regarding shipping issues
• Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, transportation companies to ensure timely shipment
• Work on the preparation, submission, recording & filing of import & export shipping documents

 
Job Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years or above working experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• PC literate; and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability would be preferred.
