Role and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Ground Handling Agents to ensure the service complies with company standard and policies;
• Manage the performance of airport representatives and handling agents;
• Follow up baggage claims with passengers when necessary;
• Prepare weekly and monthly baggage services performance reports for management review;
• Implement new customer service projects to enhance customer experience;
• support the planning and coordination with airport teams relating to the customer experience and commercial interests during and/or before flight disruptions
• Stationery Procurement, Production, Inventory Control and Distribution
• Overseas travels are required to performance station support and training
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• F.7 graduate or above;
• Minimum 7 years of airport services experience including 2 years in supervisory level;
• Knowledge in all round airport operations, including customers services, lost and found, ramp operations, crew and flight operation;
• Sensitive in figures, familiar in using Excel and PowerPoint to generate spreadsheets and reports for business review and presentation. 

Desirable Qualities:

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and able to take fast decisions;
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
