Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Account Payable
• Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, document filing and preparing vouchers
• Assist in month end closing, cash flow forecasting
• Monitor the Fixed Assist Register
• Prepare Ad hoc duties as assigned 
• Assist daily administrative works

Requirements:

• LCC&I Higher, preferably diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years relevant experiences in Accounting preferably in shipping industry
• Hands on experience in accounting software "Flexsystem" will be advantage
• With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Independent, well organized and self-motivated
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong PC skills in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing   
• Immediately available is highly preferred
