Responsibility

• Responsible in logistics coordination of overseas shipment and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on supplier’s PO and shipment arrangement for import and inbound operations.
• Coordinate with Brands and Sales Department for store replenishment arrangement as well as monitor sales orders and delivery issues and escalate problems.
• To follow up sales orders and arrange on-time delivery; prepare sales invoice, packing lists and bills to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled and respond shipment enquiries to customers in a timely manner.
• Work closely with 3PL warehouse/distribution center for daily logistics operations including the checking of stock availability, preparation of all relevant shipping documents, monitor the logistics flow of goods and communicate with internal parties.
• Input and update inventory and sales record to maintain inventory accurate for order processing and logistics operations with NAV ERP and POS system
• To handles customers’ inquiries and maintain effective communications with retail stores and wholesale customers to meet their satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports, statistics analysis to management and handle daily operations work.

    Requirements

• Higher Diploma graduated in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in logistics field
• Sound knowledge in warehouse and logistics management and experience in ERP/POS/WMS system is preferred
• Well organized, Self-motivated, and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to grow with the company and our customers
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
