MNC is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

• Work closely with Asia Logistic team to deal with logistic operation for East China region
• Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Services and freight forwarder
• Manage import /export shipping documents.
• Monitor and ensure the shipments are properly shipped & received and record in the system
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage to conduct regular inventory cycle count.
• Provide input and assistance to marketing team on regular basis
• Manage movements of inventory efficiently into the warehouse in the region
• Handle shipment issues and suggest solutions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in relevant discipline
• Min 5 years of working experience in international / global business
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and Trade Compliance experience -Hong Kong /China is a must
• Logistics and Warehouse Management experience an added advantage, but not mandatory
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Competency in using the Microsoft Office suite of products to Advanced level; plus SAP (Sales & Distribution, Materials, Inventory modules)
• Good communicator and problem solver
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer handling experience and vendor management is a plus
• Good command of English & Mandarin.
