Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees
- Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
- Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
- Prepare Invoices & various reports
- Arrange Schedules for truck drivers
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above , with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definite be an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English
- Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel
- Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
- Ability to cope with high volume of email communication and ensuring all inquiries are properly followed on a timely basis
- Work Locations: Mei Foo/ Kwai Chung/ Sha Tin
