Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and continued development of the Quality program;
• Support MQMS in maintaining the IOSA accreditation of HK Express;
• Maintain the database for audit findings, audit observations, corrective actions and develop analysis using business intelligence tools;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and report to MQMS on identified issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward;
• Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure gaps identified through the quality program are mitigated to reduce risk exposure and ensure operational efficiency;
• Encourage communication of information between departments;
• Support communication flow between the Quality, Safety and Security Management System to enable synergy and integration;
• Support the change management program as change management secretary;
• Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements;
• Support the implementation, development and training for the E-System used to manage the Quality Management System;
• Participates in special projects as required;
• Provide MQMS with recommended solutions to identified deficiencies based on objective observations.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years relevant aviation work experience;
• Training delivery experience preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus;
• Good Analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good Writing ability and organizational skills;
• Strong analytical, decision making, time-management and problem-solving skills.
