Job Description

Working Location :  Aircraft Maintenance Area

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading and maintaining the quality system to fulfill CAD regulation
  • Leading the QA & safety audit
  • Assist operation manager to maintain and ensure the team delivers high quality service levels to customers in accordance with agreed operations procedures and defined standards
  • Prepare and charter regular training schedule to relevant parties to meet safety and quality standard
  • Managing change and documentation control
  • License and certification application
  • Implement internal OE program (5S, PD, OMS) and measure the effectiveness of the operation
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers QA team in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention
  • Constantly review operating flow, procedures and recommend effective improvement initiatives for performance enhancement
  • Ensure a proper and effective documentation control and records is in place
  • Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting process
  • To work effectively with cross-functional teams in the company
  • Project management and implementation, maintain and improve internal Key Performance Indicators

 

Requirements:

  •  Minimum 3 years QA audit and regulatory experiences – ISO 9001 is a must
  • Need to have supervisory experienced
  • Solid Experience on operation, quality, compliance and safety knowledge
  • Good communication skill
  • Positive mindset, always brings initiative and drive the team for process improvement
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Strong knowledge and experience of SQL Query;    
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people management and communicationskills
  • Energetic, customer focus, project oriented and able to work in a matrix organization
  • Experience in managing process/system enhancement is highly preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
