Key responsibilities include:

• Find & Negotiate trucking and shipping rates
• Keep track of shipments and contracts, coordinate & plan shipments
• Verify trucking and ocean invoices
• Communicate with buyers and buyer assistants in trucking needs
• Monitor daily trucking issues & solve problems.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with shipping lines, trucking companies, and other vendors
• Confident, Energetic, loyal, responsible and intelligent
• Be on top of current export status, and be able to forecast future difficulties

Qualifications

• A college degree
• Must be fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)。
• Confident and result-oriented individual
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Be able to adapt to fast-pace working environment
• At least 3 years of working experience in Ocean Logistics or Trucking
• Experience at supervisory or managerial level is highly preferred
