Major Responsibilities:

• Identify and response to shipment discrepancy and offshore shipment enquiries
• Coordinate for customer enquiry and shipment
• Maintain record management of customer profiles, retrieve and compile data when necessary
• Prepare pricing quotation and proposal according to company rate charts and pricing guidelines
• Prepare sales presentation materials and pricing rate charts update

Basic Requirements:

• Tertiary education logistics/supply chain management or equivalent
• At least two years sales support experience in logistics or transportation industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Oracle/APPO will be an asset but not a must
• Customer focus, independent and self-driven
