Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of export documents
• Shift duty is required
• Update shipment status into the system
• Prepare shipping documents
• Liaise with suppliers and external parties where necessary
• Coordinate and communicate with overseas offices and agents

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• With preferably minimum 1 year experience in air cargo industry
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
• Able to speak and write English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS applications (e.g.: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
• Familiar with operation knowledge would be advantageous

MUST willing to work on shift including overnight shift hours and holiday
