Specific duties including, but not restricted to:

• Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment

• Preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations and fiscal regimes

• Offering consolidation services by air, sea and road, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions

• Arranging insurance and assisting in the claims

• Taking ownership of complaint and queries proactively

• To provide general and support services on a local level when required

• Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with account portfolio

• Liaising between clients and operations & other departments

• Answering to customer’s enquiries

• Implement sales strategies and retention order

• Expand established client base

Requirement

• Degree holder with 2-3 years CS experience as a Freight Forwarder or Forwarding Agent is preferable

• Good numeric skills

• Problem solving and negotiating skills

• Familiar with computer software programs eg MS Word, MS Excel

• Sound knowledge of inbound and outbound services

• Good command of spoken & written in both English and Chinese
