Role and Responsibilities:

• Upkeep and maintain Company policies;
• Supervise cabin crew in-flight sales process;
• Provide necessary statistics for sales management;
• Formulate annual sales target and its implementation plan;
• provide services to any projects assigned to Senior management;
• Responsible for all cabin crew sales;
• Develop strategy in upkeeping cabin crew’ sales performance;
• Plan and liaise with Commercial Department to ensure sales target are meet;
• Develop an effective cost management;
• Ensure crew sales performance commensurate with market standard;
• Provide support to crew so that the best in-flight service and excellent are achieved;
• Recommend promotion to suitable crew for advancement’
• Monitor crew sales performance through in-flight assessment (appraisal), passenger’s feedback and survey;
• Conduct debriefing, counselling and disciplinary supervision to crew;
• Assist cabin crew who have difficulties in sales;
• Any other ad-hoc related support duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years’ airline-related experiences with minimum 2 years managerial / senior supervisory role experiences;
• Possess good academic qualifications;
• Demonstrated leadership, relationship management and change management experience;
• Experience in planning, organization and control of performance functions;
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop others;
• Outstanding communication skills and professional work ethic;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus;
• Good in Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Desirable Qualities:

• Creative and versatile, proactive and independent, strong communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
