Our client, a Japanese shipping company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Shipping Administrative and Account Assistant  (Ref: #18017)

Job Descriptions:

• Assisting shipping documentation and schedule arrangement
• Handling telephone inquiries
• Supporting office administrative and simple accounting job duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• Min. 1 year experience in shipping field is highly preferred but not a must
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC operations including MS office
• Willing to learn and hard-working
• Ability to start work immediately is preferred
